BY ACCESSING THE CYTACS PLATFORM (“SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE”), YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. “YOU” REFERS TO “INDIVIDUAL,” “ORGANIZATION,” OR “ANY THIRD-PARTY VENDOR” USING OUR WEB APPLICATION (WWW.CYTACS.COM), ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHOUT ANY OBJECTION WILL BE AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND CYTACS. PLEASE REVIEW THESE TERMS CAREFULLY, AS THEY GOVERN YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH CYTACS (INCLUDE PARENT ORGANIZATION “YAKSHNA CORP”) AND YOUR USE OF OUR CYBERSECURITY SERVICES

Definitions

• Cytacs: It is cyber security platform which is owned by the Parental company Yakshna Corporation
• Users: Refers to any individual, organization, or authorized representative from the organization using the Cytacs Platform.
• Services: Refers to the endpoint security, threat intelligence, and cyberattack response services.
• Agreement: Refers to the Cytacs or Yakshna Corp’s Terms and Conditions together with each order
• Endpoint: Refers to any physical or virtual device, such as, a computer, server, laptop, desktop computer, mobile, cellular, container or virtual machine image.

User Obligations

• Cytacs is a cybersecurity platform designed to help enterprises implement preventive measures against cyberattacks. By using this platform, you acknowledge and agree to use it solely for authorized professional context and lawful purposes.
• You are agreeing to keep the confidentiality of your account's login credentials, If any unauthorized access or suspicious activity is found you must to notify to Cytacs or Parental organization Yakshna Corp
• Refrain from actions that may compromise Cytacs’ services or other users’ data, including unauthorized access, disruption, or interference with our systems.

You are accepting the following terms of use,

Grant of License

Cytacs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Platform solely for cybersecurity purposes.

This license does not include the right to,

• Create, modify or adopting Cytacs core design and functionalities
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the Platform's source code.
• Sell, lease, sublicense, or distribute the Platform to any third party.
• Allowing user’s third-party to access the platform

Platform Use and Restrictions

Users are strictly prohibited from,

• As an authorized user of Cytacs, any confidential information or internal documents provided for your reference must not be shared with Cytacs' competitors.
• Using the Platform in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Cytacs’ infrastructure.
• Attempting to access other accounts or the frameworks that connected with Cytacs

Note: Cytacs reserves the right to monitor usage patterns and take necessary actions if any misuse is detected.

Service Limitations

Indeed, Cytacs is a powerful platform to provide threat intelligence and endpoint security. However, users are advised to be aware following,

• Users are responsible for following best practices and taking recommended actions to enhance their security posture.
• There are no warrants or guarantees that Cytacs will discover, locate, analysis, and protect against all malware or cyber threats.

Third-Party Integrations and Services

Cytacs may utilize the third-party framework tools or integrate the third-party application to acquire the data logs, offering enhanced functionality and services. Users should be aware of and agree to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party services.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, technology, and intellectual property used in the Cytacs Platform are the sole property of Cytacs or Parent Organization Yakshna Corp and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to reproduce or reuse any part of the Platform without prior written consent from Cytacs or Yakshna Corp

Disclaimer of Warranties

Cytacs provides its Platform and services "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without any warranty of any kind. Cytacs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

Cytacs shall not be liable for the following,

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid by the user to Cytacs in the last twelve (12) months.
